Brown Berry ("Brown Berry", "Services", "apps", "games", "we", "us", "our" or "ours") collects information from you in order to provide better services and a better user experience. Some of the apps may request your location data for functional purposes. We may use technologies such as GPS, Wi-Fi, or network-based data like IP address to determine your location. Your GPS geo-location is not accessed without your consent, and we do not store, save, or gather your data. We do not provide your location data to advertising networks or third parties.

Children's Privacy:

We are committed to protecting the privacy of children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.

Camera:

We can access the camera to take photos for creating user photo frames. We do not access personal photos or videos.

Photos, Media, Files:

We do not access personal pictures, videos, or files for personal use. Users can access selected pictures only for creating photo frames or videos. We do not collect these photos, videos, or files.

BIND ACCESSIBILITY SERVICE Permission:

We use Accessibility services (BIND_ACCESSIBILITY_SERVICE) to get notifications from other installed applications (only those apps configured and allowed inside the applications). We do not use this permission for any other purpose.

READ_PHONE_STATE Permission:

Our apps use this permission to receive notifications from other installed apps.

Personal Data:

Personal data refers to information that specifically identifies you as an individual (e.g., your name, email address). We never collect or store personal data.

Third-party Terms and Conditions:

Your access to and use of the apps may be subject to third-party terms and conditions and privacy policies. You agree that we are not liable for any third-party terms and conditions or their use of your personal data. We have updated our privacy policy to clearly state what Google user data is accessed by our application.

• Google Calendar Access: We access Google Calendar events to provide event reminders and synchronization features.

Our applications do not store sensitive data. All data accessed is handled in real-time and is not retained on our servers.

• Google Account Information: Used for authentication and not stored.
• Google Drive Access: Interactions with Google Drive for data backup and restoration occur between the user’s device and Google Drive. We do not store files or metadata.
• Google Calendar Access: Event synchronization is handled in real-time, and calendar data is not stored on our servers.

• Encryption: All data transmitted between the user’s device and Google services is encrypted using strong protocols (e.g., TLS).
• Data Minimization: We collect only the minimal data necessary for our services and do not retain sensitive data.
• User Controls: Users can manage and revoke app permissions through their Google account settings at any time.
• Retention and Deletion: As we do not store Google user data, no retention or deletion policy is required. Users manage their data directly through their Google account settings.

4. Sharing, Transfer, or Disclosure of Google User Data

We share Google user data with third parties for specific purposes:

• Firebase: We use Firebase for authentication, real-time databases, and cloud storage. User email addresses may be shared with Firebase for these services.
• Google Analytics: We collect anonymous user interaction data to improve the app. No personally identifiable information is shared with Google Analytics.
• AdMob: Ads are displayed via Google AdMob, which may collect and use data for personalized ads.
